Alex has over 20 years training and development experience working throughout Asia Pacific, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. She gained her Law degree from the University of Liverpool and is a Graduate Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development. She is an accredited MBTI and NEO-PI facilitator.
Alex provides coaching, consulting advice and training delivery in leadership and management, team building, communication and interpersonal skills, customer service, sales performance and process, organisational effectiveness and cross cultural dynamics. Alex partners with a range of organisations across industry, working with personnel from entry level staff through to CEO level.
Her clients have included AIG, AXA, Bank of America, Barclays, Credit Suisse, DBS, GE, Kimberly Clark, JP Morgan, State Street, Shell, SingTel, Swarovski, Teradyne and World Courier.
Alex’s career started in the UK with Deloitte & Touche. She moved to Singapore in 1999, joining AchieveGlobal, in a dual role of Training Consultant and Account Manager managing both domestic and regional client accounts, and developing and implementing training solutions in sales performance, customer service, teamwork & leadership and communication skills. Whether coaching, facilitating strategy sessions, skills training or teambuilding, her diverse, international experience enables her to connect with participants from a wide range of backgrounds, industries and cultures, and provide dynamic, interactive, fun and results-orientated sessions at all executive levels.
