Michele McKenzie has been involved in delivering AchieveGlobal training programmes for over 10 years. Her initial experience was developed within one of New Zealand’s most prominent companies as an in-house trainer and sales coach. More recently Michele has partnered many leading organisations in the development of their teams as an AchieveGlobal consultant trainer.
Michele’s extensive commercial background and experience in strategic key account management has seen her progress to senior roles in sales, training and relationship management within the New Zealand market. This experience, coupled with her collaborative facilitation style enables her to expand upon the learning and offer tangible benefits in the form of strategic thinking and application of the skills being taught.
Michele consistently delivers programmes with a focus on commercial and real-world application of the skills being taught. Drawing on her own experiences, she is able to work with clients to ensure that the new skills are wholly utilised in the most effective way.
Michele has particular strengths working with those involved in complex projects and new product launches, having successfully worked on many of these in both New Zealand and the UK. She also has specific expertise in business-to-business negotiations, entrepreneurial start-ups and project management. This experience has enabled Michele to partner many of New Zealand’s leading companies in determining their total performance needs.
Michele has a range of sales development experience in a wide range of industries. These include extensive FMCG experience, telecommunications, service sector industries, manufacturing and retail.
